Welcome to use the products and services of Acosound! We are well aware of the importance of personal information to you, therefore, the Privacy Policy (the "Policy/Privacy Policy") drafted by the service provider Acosound (hereinafter referred to as "We") explains to you how we will collect, use, share, store and protect your personal information when you use our products and/or services. And how you can manage your personal information so that you can make the better choices.
Acosound respects and protects the privacy of all users. In order to provide you with more accurate and better service, the software will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, but the software will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Other provisions beyond this Privacy Policy, the software will not disclose such information or provide it to any third party without your prior permission. If we use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use the information collected based on specific purposes for other uses, we will inform you by updating this Policy, pop-up window, page prompts and other reasonable ways, and obtain your consent again before using it. The software will update this Privacy policy regularly. This Privacy policy is an integral part of the Software Service Usage Agreement.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are aware of the functions of the products/Services of AcoSound App and the necessary personal information to be collected and used, and agree to authorize such collection and use. However, it does not mean that you have agreed to enable additional functions and process unnecessary personal information. For the processing of additional functions, non-essential personal information and sensitive personal information, will be opened, provided by you based on the actual situation or separately seek for your consent, and you can also manage the above personal information or authority through the way explained in this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions on the contents of this Policy, you may contact us through the various contact details we provide.

1.Scope of application and collection of information

a)This Privacy Policy applies to all products or services provided by Acosound. If the necessary products or services are used in the products or services provided by our affiliates but no independent privacy policy is set, this Privacy Policy also applies to those products or services. Except for the information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by other third-party platforms, other services shall explain to you about the privacy policies, other personal information collection and use rules separately.
b)In order to provide you with our products and/or services, we will collect, store and use your [telephone] [ID number] information. 2.Use of information

a)After obtaining your data, the software will upload it to the server to generate your listening data so that you can better use the service.
b)Information obtained from user feedback (feedback problem, mobile phone number, current App version, hearing aid model and sequence code) will be uploaded to the server for improving the product. The uploading of hearing aid model and series number is optional, and you can choose not to upload.If we use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use the information collected based on specific purposes for other purposes, we will inform you by updating this Policy, pop-up window, page prompts and other reasonable ways, and obtain your consent again before using it.

3.Personal information transfer that involves third-party SDK

To ensure the realization of relevant functions and the safe and stable operation of the application, we may share part of your personal information with partners and other third parties. However, we will only share personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes and as it is necessary to provide the service. We will conduct strict security checks on third-party SDK and require partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purposes. 4.Information disclosure

a)The software will not disclose your information to untrusted third parties.
b)To disclose to a third party or an administrative or judicial organ in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or at the request of an administrative or judicial organ;
c)If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;

5.Information storage and exchange

a)Your personal information will be stored in the People's Republic of China. If you use cross-border services and need to transfer your personal information overseas, we will separately obtain your authorization and consent and require the recipient to handle such personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
b)In the duration of your use of our products and/or services, your personal information will be retained for the purposes mentioned in this Policy, in conjunction with legally mandated retention requirements. After the retention period is exceeded, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.
c)Please note that when you successfully delete the personal information, or when we terminate the service or operation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. However, if the retention period stipulated by law has not expired, or it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will stop other processing except storage and necessary safety precautions.

6.Information security

a)We take personal information security very seriously and take all reasonable and practicable measures to protect your personal information：
①Technical measures for data security. We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures fit with industry standards to protect your information, so as to prevent unauthorized access, use, tampering, public disclosure, damage or loss of personal information.
②Other security measures taken to protect personal information. We have established a data security management system with the data as the core and the whole data life cycle as the management goal, to improve the security of personal information from the aspects of organization construction, system design, personnel management, commodity technology and so on. We have set up a dedicated department for protecting personal information and appointed a special person to take charge of protecting children's personal information. We have full security control over data through access confidentiality agreements, monitoring and audit mechanisms. We will conduct security and privacy training courses to enhance staff's awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
③Security incident handling. If our physical, technical or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, resulting in loss of your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly initiate emergency plans and take reasonable relief measures to minimize the impact on your personal information and other rights. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will timely inform you and the regulatory authorities of the handling situation of personal information security incidents: the basic situation and possible impact of security incidents, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can independently prevent and reduce risks, your remedial measures, etc. We will timely inform you of the relevant information of the event by email, letter, telephone, send notification and other methods. When it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will take a reasonable and effective way to release announcements.
b)Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information is leaked, please contact the customer service of this software immediately so that the software can take corresponding measures.

7.Device access we got

In the process of providing services, we need to invoke some of your device permissions, which are as following.
a)Microphone permission: Check ambient noise; Audio and video communication in the process of real-time remote fitting;
b)Location information permissions or nearby device permissions: Bluetooth pairing of hearing aid devices;
c)File and media permissions: save Bluetooth upgrade files and App upgrade files used for updating to the device;
d)Camera permission: audio and video call during real-time remote fitting.
We will ask for your consent in the form of pop-ups in specific scenarios. In addition, after the App is installed, we will get the following permissions.
a) Access Bluetooth Settings
Allows applications to configure local Bluetooth phones and allow them to find and pair with remote devices.
b) Have full network access
Allow the application to upload your listening data to the server and remote fitting.
c) Check your network connection
Allows the application to view information about network connections, such as existed and connected networks.
d) View the WLAN connection
Allow the application to view WLAN network information, such as whether WLAN is enabled and the name of the connected WLAN device.
e) Request the installation portfolio
Allows applications to request installation portfolio.
In order to bring you a better user experience, we may provide you with additional functions that require you to collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions. If you do not agree, you can still enter the application to view the connection interface and help interface, and obtain the version, agreement and policy, failure help and other information, but you may not obtain the value-added experience brought by additional services.

8.Protection of minors' personal information

We presume that you have the appropriate capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor, we require that you and your parents or other guardians carefully read this Privacy Policy and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or other guardians
If you are a child under the age of 14 or you choose to use necessary services for a child under guardianship as a guardian, we may need to collect personal information from you. Please note that, In the vast majority of cases, we will not take the initiative to collect and use children's personal information (unless we separately explain the purpose, method and type of personal information collected and used to you in advance, and obtain your separate consent). Therefore, in the vast majority of cases, we will not judge and cannot identify whether the personal information collected and processed by us belongs to children's personal information. In this case, we will collect and process users' personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, if you take the initiative to provide us with your child's personal information in the use of our products or services, including your child's photos, videos or other information you take the initiative to share in comments, community and other information posting functions, you have agreed to our collection and use of your child's personal information in accordance with the contents of this Policy.
As a guardian, you should correctly perform the duty of guardianship to protect the safety of children's personal information. If a child needs to use our products and/or services, please notice whether the child has obtained your authorization to use our services.

9.Personal information correction, deletion and remove account

b)Information that you can clear or delete directly from our Products and/or services page. Under the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:：（1）If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations；（2）If we collect and use your personal information without your consent；（3）If our actions in handling personal information seriously violate our agreement with you；（4）If you no longer use our products or services, or you delete your personal information；（5）If we terminate our services and operations, or the retention period has expired. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the platforms from which we obtain your personal information as far as possible and ask them to delete it in time, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, or such platforms have been independently authorized by you.
