Acosound provides an original 2 years warranty on all hearing devices and chargers, covers unlimited repairs, and one-time loss/damage coverage per unit within 3 months. Meanwhile, you could return the goods back within 7 days for no reason. The Acosound warranty starts 7 days after we ship out the goods.

Within Warranty
Free part: Acosound will inspect the hearing device and/or charger and repair or exchange the in-warranty unit with a new or refurbished unit at Acosound’s sole discretion. The original or extended warranty period remains in effect for the replacement device.
Paid part: The shipping cost of returning the product back to Acosound will be borne by the customer. Meanwhile the shipping cost of returning the product back to client will be borne by Acosound. Out of Warranty
Acosound will inspect a hearing device and repair or replace the device, at Acosound’s sole discretion, And charge fees according to the published accessories price list. If replaced, Acosound may replace the device with a new or refurbished unit at Acosound’s sole discretion. Acosound will provide a one-year repair warranty on the replaced device, beginning 7 days after the replacement device was delivered out.

1.Devices purchased from unauthorized distributors are not covered by this or any other Acosound warranty.
2.Damage from improper handling or care, exposure to chemicals, immersion in water or undue stress.
3.Damage caused by third parties or non-authorized service centers are excluded from this repair policy.

If one or both hearing devices or charger are lost beyond normal use during the 7-day right to return period, the system cannot be returned for a refund. Refunds are issued for Acosound hearing systems if all original components are returned within the 7-day period.
How ever, If one or both hearing devices or charger are damaged beyond normal use during the 7-day right to return period, the system can be partial refunded after determined by Acosound service center.
